Design of Education and Training Systems

This is a class for Master of Educational Technology in University Laval (TEN-7006):
Elements of cognitive science and socio-constructivism applied to training. Study and realization of the stages of the planning of an educational system. Organization of the system in terms of goals and objectives. Analysis and structuring of content. Construction of congruent elements. Choice of methods and media. Data on the formative evaluation of an education system.

Needs Analysis

A good design comes from the needs of customers. Without the needs analysis, the training is like a mirage, even it looks brilliant, it cannot really help the customers. But a reliable needs analysis requires the understanding and flexible use of different tools.

M-Training Design

In this projet we try to design a training program for organisation X (anonym according to the requirement of customer) which is based on their needs and technology.
This project includes needs analysis, E-training design. Flow chart, storyboard,  summative evaluation and formative evaluation are used for this project.
